Vice President, Brand Creative  2016-Present VINEYARD VINES, Stamford, CT

Creative Director overseeing the development and execution of all marketing brand campaigns across print, digital, video, retail, copy and styling with the goal of establishing a clear creative vision and inspiration for the brand. Reporting directly to the President and the CEOs. Partnering with the VP of Marketing and SVP of E-commerce as well as several cross functional business leaders on the development and implementation of the creative brand story. Lead and manage the creative team from conception, presentation and campaign execution including all content shoots, catalogs, mailers, collateral, e-commerce and social. Manage the daily work-flow and execution of every brand asset created to support daily business and the growth of the brand. Strategize and implement new processes, tools and work-flows to create a productive and inspired workforce to execute industry leading content. Restructured the creative team to optimize execution, improve workflow, develop leaders and increase innovation and legacy knowledge.

Throughout my 12+ years at Ralph Lauren Advertising I expanded my responsibilities numerous times to lead the multidisciplinary advertising creative teams across print, digital and video for Polo Ralph Lauren, one of the most prestigious and iconic global brands. I partnered directly with Mr. Ralph Lauren, global marketing, brand management, PR, social media, retail visual and product design teams to develop and execute all aspects of our 360 global advertisng campaigns. Managed and lead all concept presentations through to the execution of all digital and printed brand expressions. 

Execute the global creative vision for the following Ralph Lauren brands:  Polo Ralph Lauren, Men’s Black Label, Polo Sport, Polo and RLX Golf, Ralph by Ralph Lauren, Lauren by Ralph Lauren, our sports properties and sponsorships with the USA Olympic Team, US Open Tennis, Wimbledon, US Open Golf, The Open Championships (the British Open)  and the PGA of America.
